Syrian PM tomorrow in Cairo, Syrian- Egyptian joint higher committee

Syria's prime minister Muhammad Mustafa Miro tomorrow will head for Cairo at the invitation of the Egyptian prime minister Atif Obeid in order to preside over the Syrian side to the meeting of the Syrian- Egyptian joint higher committee.
Miro will hold talks with the Egyptian officials on latest developments in the region and means of strengthening brotherly relations between the "two sisterly countries" in various fields.
Miro is accompanied by an official delegation and another delegation representing businessmen.
However, the agenda of the Syrian- Egyptian joint committee includes several draft agreements and proposed programs to be signed. These include an agreement on establishing a free trade area between the two states and an executive program for the memorandum of understanding in the area of planning between the planning commissions in the two states and the executive program of the health cooperation agreement; the draft cooperation agreement in the area of electrical energy; a memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the area of building and construction and also a memorandum of understanding between the two international exhibition and markets commissions in the two states.
