American moves in the Gulf region

The Kuwaiti daily al-Seyassa said in its Friday's issue said that the US has started an intensive move towards the Arab Gulf states in order to put it in a state of preparedness towards what is going on in Iran and Iraq in terms of developments.

The paper indicated that circles of the American administration and the CIA stress that these developments are nearby.

Arab Gulf diplomatic sources in Washington unveiled that the leadership of the American army leadership in the Gulf informed certain Arab Gulf states its consent last week to send tens of anti missiles Patriot batteries missiles to be deployed as a security belt to its eastern coasts which face Iran and on its northern borders with Iraq and also to support its air defense means by other five ( AWACS) planes for monitoring purposes.

The paper added that the American army leadership army in the Gulf gave its orders to the three pieces of the naval fleet stationed in the Gulf region and the surrounding of the Indian ocean to install another naval belt in order to deter any foreign attempt to strike oil wells and the American bases deployed along the Gulf lands from Oman until Kuwait.

The sources said that an important development took place during the two past weeks that proved the seriousness of the American threats to each of Iran and Iraq, as American envoys asked the United Arab Emirates to prepare a military force in order to land in the three United Arab Emirates islands occupied by Iran in order to restore them back within the " dust" of the military operations against Iran, especially the Iranian missile positions and nuclear reactors deployed on the Iranian coast facing the Gulf.

The paper indicated that the Americans will not take part in the last stages of the war against Iran and Iraq, rather will leave the local forces to carry out "cleaning operations" in order to avoid human casualties in their lines. The paper explained that 3,000 troops from the American naval forces and the Marines are currently working within 5,000 soldiers that are in the waters of the Gulf, Pakistan and Afghanistan, will be transported to Arab Gulf states to protect their coasts and to help the UAE forces to restore back their three islands, Tanb the Great, Tanb the small and Abou Mousa.

The paper continued that the vanguards of other Western forces started to arrive to certain Arab Gulf states, including German, Australian, Canadian, French and Italian military groups in what seem to be a symbolic war in the two coming wars in the " Gulf" region.
