Russian official to tour Arab Gulf states

Well-informed sources in Moscow said on Friday that the Russian deputy foreign minister for the Middle East affairs Alexander Sultanov started on Friday a tour covering the Arab Gulf states, in which he will discuss with officials in these countries regional and international issues, especially fighting terrorism and the Middle East question in light of the deteriorated conditions in the occupied Palestinian territories.
The sources added that Sultanov will discuss also bilateral relations between Russia and each of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and the UAE.
