Syrian- Qatari company for tourism investment

A memorandum of understanding was signed on Thursday at the premises of the Damascus governorate provided for the foundations of the Syrian- Qatari company for tourism investment at a capital of USD 140 million.
It was decided that the company will start its first investment activities by founding a tourism and service complex in al-Baramekah area in Damascus at an area of 32 dunnums, at a total cost of USD 350,000.
This project falls in the course of attracting Arab and Arab Gulf investments to Damascus in the area of tourism and other fields.
