Jordanian- German cooperation agreement

Jordan and Germany on Wednesday in Amman signed a technical cooperation agreement in support of Jordanian projects at a cost of 9 million German Marks. The agreement which came into effect as from Wednesday states to support water projects and studies pertinent to founding a ministry of the environment and developing the electronic government system.
On the Jordanian side, the agreement was signed by the minister of waters and irrigation and acting minister of planning Hazem al-Naser and the German side was by the German charge de affairs at the Jordanian embassy in Amman.
