New Syrian minister sworn in before President al-Assad

Before the Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, Ghassan al-Refae, the minister of the economy and foreign trade and at al-Rawda presidential palace took on Tuesday morning his constitutional oath.
Following the signing in ceremony, the President received al-Refae and gave him his directives together with his best wishes of success to performing his mission.
