Sheikh Yassin urges Palestinians to continue Intifada

The leader of the Islamic resistance movement Hamas has stressed the need of continued resistance by the Palestinians against the Israeli occupation. He stressed that the Palestinian people have no other choice but to continue resistance.
In a statement to the Egyptian daily al-Ahram issued on Monday Sheikh Yassin stressed that the "martyrdom" operations against the Israeli occupation is not a target in itself, rather a means required to deter the Israeli aggression. He questioned if "the stone useful for the Palestinians in confrontation of the tank, the missiles and the Israeli jet fighters."
He renewed his movement's position which is persistent to liberate the Palestinian territories from the israeli occupation.
