A message to ruler of Kuwait from Indian President

Kuwait's crown prince and prime minister Sheikh Saad al-Abdullah al-Sabah on Saturday in Kuwait received the chairperson of the International Parliamentary Union and deputy chairman of the higher council at the Indian parliament Najma Hibatullah and members of the accompanying delegation.
The Indian official handed Sheikh al-Sabah a message to the ruler of Kuwait from the Indian President.
