Sheikh Zayed pays for pilgrimage of 141 Moroccans

The president of the United Arab Emirates will be paying for travel expenses for 141 Moroccans to perform pilgrimage, it was officially announced here on Friday.
A check of three million Dirhams (US$ 0.26 Mln) was handed over by UAE ambassador in Morocco, Issa Hamad Abu Shihabi, to Moroccan minister of Habous (Islamic endowments) and Islamic affairs, Abdelkebir Alaoui M'Daghri.
During the meeting, the two men also surveyed cooperation in religious affairs between the two Arab states which enjoy excellent relations, says a statement of the ministry of habous and Islamic affairs.
