Morocco's princess Lalla Hasna attends Arab women forum in Abu Dhabi

Morocco's Princess Lalla Hasna, youngest sister of King Mohammed VI, will attend the 4th forum of the Arab women summit, held in Abu Dhabi February 2-3 under the topic "woman and media, towards a promising media landscape."

Princess Lalla Hasna, who is accompanied by advisor to the King, Zoulikha Nasri, and minister in charge of women condition, family and childhood protection and disabled persons' integration, Nouzha Chekrouni, will also take part in the festivities marking the Arab Woman Day.

The Moroccan princess was greeted at the airport by the spouse of the president of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikha Fatima Bintou Moubarak, the spouse of the minister of state in charge of foreignb affairs, Sheikha Chamsa, and members of the Moroccan embassy in the UAE.

The forum, to be attended by several first ladies and outstanding personalities from the Arab world, will discuss the image of the Arab woman in the media and the obstacles hampering her role in the field. The forum will also draft an Arab media charter on woman.
