An international conference condemning Israel practices

Workers in the area of human rights from Arab and foreign states has stressed the need of putting an immediate end to violence inside the occupied Palestinian territories and the "state terrorism" conducted by Israel against the Palestinian people.

They called on the international community in conclusion of the Cairo's international conference on " terrorism and human rights" which started deliberation on January 26 to the need of work in order to lay the just basics to settling the Palestinian- Israeli conflict. A settlement based on the principles of the international law, UN resolutions concerned that guarantee the rights of the Palestinian people to self determination and to the establishment of their own independent state on their own native soil.

The conferees, who tolled to more than 20 specialized researchers in the areas of human rights, represented several international, regional and Arab organizations, stressed the need of Israel's immediate withdrawal from all Arab territories it occupied in 1967.

As they condemned the attack of September 11, 2001 against the US. The conferees also condemned the US rush to launch a war against Afghanistan in which the people of Afghanistan suffered and the American soldiers gravely violated the international and humanitarian law against the opposition groups in Afghanistan, the same against Taliban.
