U.S. confirmed tha Bush Administration continues to deal with Palestinian Authority and its leader

The U.S. State Department confirmed that the Bush Administration continues to deal with the Palestinian Authority and its leader, Chairman Yasser Arafat, despite the administration's expressed disappointment over Arafat's efforts against terrorism, a department report stated.
