More anti Palestinian stances by US administration

Israeli political sources said on Sunday that the US administration is intending to shortly announce al-Aqsa "martyrs" groups of the Palestinian Fatah movement as a terrorist organization.

The Israeli radio quoted these sources as saying that the American announcement will be a first step to be followed by another announcement that Fatah and "force no 17" of the Palestinian Authority as two terrorist organizations.

On the other hand, the US envoy to the Middle East Anthony Zinni described the chairman of the Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat as a liar and a hopeless case and that his behavior is that like those of a Mafia leader in New York.

The Israeli radio said that Zinni's statements came during a meeting he held with Israeli officials at the Israeli embassy in Washington, in the presence of heads of the American- Jewish Lobby.

Zinni also described heads of the Palestinian security departments Muhammad Dhlan and Jibril al-Rajoub as highjackers.
