Yemeni committee to follow up mechanism to join Gulf establishments

In its weekly meeting, the Yemeni cabinet approved a decision taken by the prime minister Abdul qader Bajmal provided for the formation of a ministerial committee that lays the arrangements for Yemen's joining certain establishments at the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and also preparations to join other GCC departments and foundations.

The Yemeni Cabinet approved the formation of a work team representing the Prime minister's office including specialists and personnel of scientific and professional skills to study regulations and to make use of the expertise Yemen will acquire from the GCC in order to achieve complete integration in the GCC.

The Yemeni foreign ministry was defined as the only side authorized to make correspondences and dealing with the establishments of the GCC according to the cabinet's decisions and directives.
