In a speech he delivered among many others, Mr. Marc Pierini declared:" This book represents a treasure of information about Syria's economy and business. Having followed the progress of this publication over the last six months, I can attest that the research was done with great care and that no sector was ignored. The result is outstanding and I thing it will help greatly in putting Syria on the map' of international business.
Pierini added:" I think we all want to congratulate the Oxford Business Group and in particular its research team for the remarkable work they have achieved.
He expressed his confidence that 'emerging Syria 2002 ' will now become a reference for any one wanting to do business with Syria.
