King Mohammed meets head of US oil group

Morocco's King Mohammed VI met Thursday at the Royal Office in Rabat Luke Corbett, President and Director-General of the US oil group Kerr-McGee.
Corbett presented to the king the projects his group currently develops in Morocco in close partnership with ONAREP, Morocco's oil research office.
He recalled that Kerr-McGee has been studying Morocco's hydrocarbon potentials for several years.
Corbett, who was accompanied by Crouch and Christian, vice-presidents of the group, announced to King Mohammed VI the opening in Rabat of a permanent office of Kerr-McGee.
Royal advisor, Andre Azoulay, Director of Royal Office, Mohamed Rochdi Chraibi, and ONAREP director-General, Ms. Amina Benkhadra, attended the meeting.
