American envoy arrives in Amman

The US permanent representative at the UN John Negro-Ponty arrived on Wednesday in Amman in a two -day visit to Jordan. Well-informed Jordanian sources said that the American official will meet with several Jordanian officials and learn from them the Jordanian position towards regional and international issues, especially those relating to developments on the Palestinian arena.
