A message from Arafat to the ruler of Qatar

The ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani on Wednesday received on Tuesday a message from the Palestinian President Yasser Arafat pertaining to latest political developments in the region under the Israeli policy of escalation against the Palestinians.
The message was handed over by the Palestinian minister of culture and the information Yasser Abd Rabbu during his meeting with the Emir and members of the accompanying delegation.
