Damascus and the coming Arab summit

The Jordanian weekly al-Sabeel said in its Tuesday's issue that Damascus will ask the forthcoming Arab summit in Beirut to revive the " weapon" of the Arab economic boycott of Israel.
The weekly quoted Arab sources as saying that Syria will call for severing all forms of cooperation and the relations with Israel especially as the government of Sharon had proved its racist and aggressive attitudes and rejection of all principles.
These sources said that Syria sees that the government of Sharon needs to be faced with deterrent decisions and measures by the side of the Arab leaders.
