Kuwait pledges $ 30 million for reconstruction of Afghanistan

Kuwait has pledged through the Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development (KFAED) US$ 30 million as a contribution to the budget needed for Afghanistan's Reconstruction, economic development, security and stability.
Kuwaiti news agency KUNA reports that the assistance was announced by the Kuwaiti embassy in Tokyo.
Kuwaiti has sent to the Tokyo conference of aid-donors a delegation, headed by the KFAED general manager, Bader Al-Homaidhi.
