Continued Israeli attacks against the Palestinians

The Israeli forces on Monday incurred into the city of Toulkarem and the Israeli tanks took the streets of the city from all sides. Soldiers of the special units positioned in several buildings after expelling families living in them. The Palestinians hurried to defend their city and houses and clashes with the invading forces. Two Palestinians were killed and tens wounded.

Meantime, the Palestinian authority called for convening an urgent meeting for the UN security forces to discuss the situation. Israeli sources stressed that Toulkarem's occupation precedes other occupations for the cities of the west bank.

Besides Toulkarem, the city of Ramullah witnesses clashes between the Palestinians and the Israeli forces especially al-Teira quarters resulted in the killing of Hussein Zubeidi and wounding other ten.

The Israeli forces also demolished a Palestinian house to the east of Jerusalem while it bombarded by shells houses in Nablus and the nearby Bourqin village.

The Palestinian Intifada youths attacked two Israeli on foot patrols near Bourqin village and an Israeli military position near Rafah and damaged an israeli car.

Meantime, the Israeli prime minister stressed the continued policy of siege and breaking in and not to negotiate with the Palestinian side. He said that Israel will not permit Arafat to leave Ramullah to any place.
