Arafat confers with Moratinos

The chairman of the Palestinian Authority Yasser Arafat has stressed the deployment of the Israeli occupation forces on Monday into the city of Toulkarem is a very critical matter and is but, a materialization to the Israeli aggressive scheme against the Palestinian people.
Arafat added, following his meeting with the EU-ME peace process coordinator Miguel Moratinnos and the Russia envoy to the Palestinian authority that Israel has surpassed all red lines and that the Palestinian people can not stand before these attacks with closed eyes. The Israeli radio reported.
