UN permits a film on kidnapping three Israeli soldiers to their families

The UN has permitted the families of three Israeli soldiers seized by the Lebanese national resistance since 16 months to see a video tape which was the essence of a conflict between Israel and the UN. News reports said that members of the UN peace keeping forces filmed this tape on October8, 2000 just one day after the seizing operation.
