Ruler of Qatar gets a message from Musharraf

The ruler of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khaleifa al-Thani on Wednesday received a message from the President of Pakistan B. Musharraf relating to latest regional developments and cooperation relations between the two countries.
News reports said the Pakistani minister of railways and communications Jweid Ashraf handed out the message to Sheikh Hamad during a meeting with him on Wednesday.
Qatar, however, is the last station in a tour to be carried by the Pakistani minister in the Gulf region. He had visited Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates, aiming at briefing leaders of the Gulf states on the standing position between India and Pakistan and steps to be taken by Pakistan in this context.
