A Saudi strategy to attract national, foreign investments

The Saudi crown prince Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz has stressed that his country has taken a strategic decision to seek attracting national and foreign investments.
In a speech he delivered on Tuesday upon inaugurating of the " Agricultural investment Forum" in Jazan and the plains of Tuhamma, Crown Prince Abdullah said that Saudi Arabia is working to provide all necessary incentives, guarantees and facilities to attract and encourage investments in all field, including the agricultural area. He indicated that Saudi Arabia represents an excellent investment place and provides the investors with all potentials of profitable investment.
On the other hand, the Saudi minister of agriculture and waters Abdullah Bin Muammar said in a speech at the Forum that the ministry of agriculture will propose to all investors from inside and outside Saudi Arabia available investment opportunities in Jazan and Tuhamma plains to the south of Saudi Arabia, noting that investment cards were prepared in the agricultural field with the help of specialized international experts from FAO, the International Fund for Agricultural development, the World Bank and the Islamic Bank for development.
