AL chief: Unanimous Arab care to provide Beirut's summit a success

The secretary general of the Arab League (AL) Amr Moussa has stressed that he felt during his talks in Damascus Syria's great support and readiness to provide the Arab summit to be held in Beirut in set time a success.
In a statement to the Lebanese daily al-Safir issued on Monday, the AL chief described his talks in Damascus as excellent and revealed Syria's great support to convening the Arab summit in Beirut in its due time.
Moussa indicated that the talks he had held with President Bashar al-Assad, President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt, the Saudi crown prince in each of Damascus, Cairo and al-Riyadh stressed to him the care of the three states to provide the appropriate conditions for providing a success to this summit.
Moussa underlined the importance of convening the next Arab summit in Beirut and to preserve the decision on a regular rotating presidency of convening this summit.
