Government reshuffle in Kuwait due to low quality government employees

Egyptian Culture Minister Farouk Hosni approved embarking on issuing the first pictorial encyclopedia on the Upper Egyptian, Suez Canal, Sinai and the Northern Coast antiquities. Gaballah Ali Gaballah, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities (SCA), will hold three meetings as of this week to receive 100 archaeologists from these areas representing the task force in charge of preparing the encyclopedia.
