Arab League chief to visit New York by the end of January

The secretary general of the Arab League (AL) Amr Moussa will visit New York by the end of this month in order to take part in the works of the international economic Davos Forum due to be held on January 31st though February 5 in solidarity with the US in its confrontation of terrorism. Moussa then will head for California where he will be meeting with members of the Arab community there.
Arab League sources said that in his speech at Davos Forum, the AL chief will concentrate on three main issues: the Middle East crisis, the deteriorated conditions in the Palestinian territories and the international terrorism.
Moussa will talk about the campaign launched against the Arab and Islamic civilization since the New York and Washington attacks. He will also expected to meet on the sideline of Davos Forum high ranking participating Arab and foreign politicians and economists.
