Qaddafi and the Arab summit

Libyan president Muammar al-Qaddafi has stated that Lebanon is the side which does not want to host the forthcoming Arab summit adding that this seems likely from calls by its ( Lebanon ) legislative establishments to postpone this summit.
In an exclusive statement to the Qatari TV al-Jazira on Friday, al-Qaddafi added that postponing the Arab summit means foiling the joint Arab work and the periodical Arab summit agreed upon by the Arab leaders.
He said that Libya refuses such a failure and therefore " the next Arab summit should be transferred from Lebanon into the headquarters of the Arab league in Cairo.
