Syria provides electricity to Lebanon at an agreement between Miro, al-Hariri

Yemen tightens measures on accepting Arab students and preachers
The Yemeni government has suspended measures of accepting Arab or foreign students in the Yemeni schools and universities and approved a series of measures aiming at making contracts by educational establishments and sides concerned at the ministry of justice ( al-Awqaf) to contract with teachers or mosques preachers of Arab and Muslim nationalities and to confine such contracts to cooperation agreements and protocols signed with countries from where there applicants come.

The Kuwaiti Development Fund will grant Senegal a US$ 12.2 loan, official paper "Le Quotidien de la R?publique" reported. The loan will finance two road projects. The first concerns technical studies and extension of an 8.5 km long urban relief road, north of Dakar. The second project provides for the widening of a 40 km long road section to the east of Dakar.
