Emir of Bahrain receives message from King Mohammed

Emir of Bahrain Sheikh Hamad Ben Aissa Al-Khalifa on Wednesday received a message from King Mohammed VI dealing with the good relations existing between the two states and two peoples, reported the Bahraini news agency.

The message was handed over to Sheikh Hamad by Advisor to the King, Abbas Jirari, and Minister of culture and communication, Mohamed Achaari, who are visiting Bahrain on the occasion of the holding of a Moroccan cultural week in Manama Jan.7-11.

The message also deals with means to consolidate bilateral relations in all realms.

Sheikh Hamad voiced satisfaction over the deep friendly ties and cooperation relations existing between the two countries and said the holding of cultural events in both countries is likely to foster rapprochement between the two peoples. He expressed backing to all initiatives meant to consolidate bilateral cooperation.
