US's search for persons from the Middle East

The US daily " Washington Post" said in its Tuesday's issue that the American authorities are preparing to start a search operation for thousands of men from the Middle East who, as it says, ignored instructions to leave the United States.
News reports quoted the paper as saying, according to American officials close to this operation as saying that the US justice department specified some 6,000 young man from the Middle East who ignored instructions to evacuate them and considered arresting those persons and evacuating them as on top of the priorities to arrest hundreds thousands of various nationalities who ignored such instructions.
The American officials refrained from mentioning the names of countries from which those men have come or any details about them.
The paper added that the operation falls in the framework of a vaster large scale campaign carried out by the US migration department, covering more than 300,000 foreigners who still live in the US after instructions were given to evacuate them.
The paper indicated that most of the persons who ignored the evacuation orders are from Latin America.
