Al-Qaddafi, Chad's counterpart highlight new development in Chad

Libyan President Muammar al- Qaddafi on Tuesday received a telephone call from President of the republic of Chad Idris Debi in which Chad's President expressed appreciation of his country for the Libyan efforts which was crowned by achieving a historical peace agreement between the government of Chad and the Chad's national government for attaining democracy and justice.
Debi stressed during the telephone call that this agreement which was signed on Monday in Tripoli will avail the chance to the people of Chad to dedicate themselves for serious efforts to achieve building up and development in their country.
