Oil discoveries in southern Jordan

Jordanian oil sources have unveiled that there is oil in Ghour al-Safi district in southern Jordan.
In press statements, the sources said that there are indicators of new oil wells like in " Assal Wahid" well in Ghour al-Safi to be excavated there by " Trans Global Petroleum" company.
The sources said that some 3300 meters under ground were drilled in that well oil was found and the total cost of drilling so far is USD 15 million.
" Trans Global Petroleum" announced it will drill two other oil wells in the same area.
