Arab League appoints commissioner for inter-civilization dialogue

Secretary general of the Arab league, Amr Moussa, appointed on Thursday Egyptian intellectual Ahmad Kamal Abu Al Majd, commissioner in charge of inter-civilization dialogue.
The Arab League cheif said he will be holding meetings with the new official to craft a work plan for the new office.
Ahmad Kamal Abu Al Majd served as an information minister.
