Roman town unearthed in north Sinai

The Supreme Council of Antiquities (SCA), expedition in Abu Shnar; North Sinai unearthed a residential town that dates back to the Graeco-Roman era.
SCA Secretary General, Dr. Gaballah Ali Gaballah said the find consists of a residential town. It comprises houses, passages, stores and silos that date back to various historical eras.
Coins were unearthed that carry the picture of an emperor, whose identity has not been known yet.
