Egypt rejects Israeli news reports

Egypt Wednesday dismissed Israeli news reports that it had submitted a provisional draft on a peaceful settlement to the Israeli premier, Foreign Ministry sources told Mena.
The Foreign Ministry also branded as baseless the Israeli Ha`aretz paper's claim in this respect.
The paper claimed in its Wednesday edition that the Egyptian and Jordanian ambassadors to Israel would likely have returned to their posts had President Moshe Katsav addressed the Palestinian legislative council in Ramallah.
