Libyan-Bulgarian inclination to develop relations

President of the Republic of Bulgarian Peter Stonayaov has expressed his country's complete readiness to cooperate in order to develop Libyan- Bulgarian relations in all fields.
In a message he addressed to the Libyan President Mu'ammar al-Qaddafi on Monday, the Bulgarian President stressed that he is confident that Bulgaria's new President and the new leadership will work, for their part to develop relations between the two countries on the ground of the friendship linking the two countries and for the interests of their two peoples.
