Mubarak and Hamad underline the need for adopting a unified Arab stance

At the end of their talks in Sharm EL Sheikh, Egypt's President Hosni Mubarak and Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa al- Thani underlined the need for adopting a unified Arab stance for facing the challenges confronting Arab nation and tackling its issues at regional and international levels. The two Arab leaders agreed that ministers concerned in both countries should coordinate economic issues and ways of enhance cooperation in the fields of development and investments.

The Emir of Qatar expressed his satisfaction with results reached during his talks with the President Mubarak, asserting this would facilitate fulfilling ambitions of the Arab nation and its interests.

The Emir of Qatar, in a statement issued yesterday expressed his appreciation of President Mubarak's efforts and the hospitality he was accorded during his stay in Egypt.
