Arab chambers of commerce discuss revitalization of joint economic track

Heads of the Arab chambers of commerce will shortly start a series of meetings with the Arab leaders in order to exert efforts to revitalize the joint Arab economic work and achieve Arab projects so as to serve developmental and integration purposes in all Arab states and to meet their set ambitions.
An official source at the Arab federation for the chambers of commerce, industry and agriculture in the Arab states said the aim of the meetings is to focus on the view point of the private sector towards current developments in the area of joint Arab economic work, especially the greater Arab trade area,. A call which was advocated by President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt during the Cairo Arab summit in 1996 and to listen to the view of Arab presidents towards it.
The source added that these meetings are in implementation of the decisions of the federation's board in 1999.
