A spokesman for the Arab League AL has stated that the AL will convene its annual summit in Beirut by the end of March 2002, noting that the Palestinian question will be on top of the summit's agenda.
In a statement he made on Friday that spokesman said the Arab leaders who will attend the summit will discuss the deteriorated conditions in the occupied Palestinian territories, but he added that so far details of the agenda has not been put yet.
The spokesman expected that among other issues on the summit's agenda are reforming the Arab League and the regional condition.
