Joint projects between Egypt and Algeria

Eng. Sameh Fahmy said cooperation between Egypt and Algeria will be intensified in the field of petroleum and natural gas in the light of the distinguished relations between the two countries.
He said the Algerian side has expressed its readiness to establish a joint entity with Egypt for organizing cooperation in the field of petroleum and natural gas.
He said the meeting discussed prospects for the importation by Egypt of butane gas from Algeria for covering the need of the Egyptian domestic market.
He said an invitation has been addressed to Egypt to take part in the world forum of natural gas exporting countries which will be held in Algeria from Feb 1-3.
