Casablanca stock exchange to get two more indexes

The Casablanca stock exchange will operate, starting next January, two new indexes: the Moroccan Most Active Shares Index (MADEX) and the Moroccan All Share Index (MASI).
Chairman of the Casablanca bourse management team says MASI, which comprises all listed shares, allows to follow up all listed values and to have a long-term visibility.
MADEX, which comprises most active shares listed continuously with variations closely linked to all the market serves as a reference for the listing of all funds invested in shares.
The new indexes that replace the IGB (bourse general index) will be a liable reference measurement.
