Arafat confers with Moratinos

The Chairman of the Palestinian authority Yasser Arafat on late Thursday evening in Ramullah, the West Bank met with the EU Middle East envoy Miguel Moratinos, according to the Israeli radio.
The radio added the two sides discussed during the meeting the developments of conditions in the Palestinian territories and the efforts made to resume the Palestinian- Israeli negotiations.
