An Arab project for developing Arab child culture

The secretary general of the Arab council for childhood and development Hamad Oqla al-Oqla has announced that the council will start the implementation of an Arab project to develop Arab child culture. This project will be held in collaboration with the Arab governments and civil societies and regional and international organizations concerned with child's culture and education.

In a statement he made in Cairo on Monday al-Oqla said that the idea of the project is based on adopting and supporting the foundation of a series of remarkable cultural centers for the Arab child so as to include various know how and leisure means.

He stressed that this project also aiming at confirming the child's Arab cultural identity coupled with honoring national identity of every Arab country and interaction with human cultures.
