Arab League denounces the 'American' veto

The secretary general of the Arab League on Sunday denounced the US veto against the UN Security Council draft resolution to sending UN observers to the occupied Arab territories to protect the Palestinian people.In statements in Cairo on Sunday, Amr Mousa stressed that the draft UN resolution which was only opposed by the US was characterized by objectivity and balance and called for immediate halting for the acts of destruction and violence.
He stressed that efforts of the UN security council and the International community especially the US are required today more than any time before.
