Sharon praised Israeli security acts against the Palestinians

The Israeli prime minister Ariel Sharon has commended what he called acts carried out by the Israeli security departments to halting the Palestinian Intifada, in remarks to the continued Israeli attacks at the Palestinians by planes and tanks and the military and economic siege against the Palestinian area..
The Israeli radio said that Sharon's statements were made upon the convening of a session for the Israeli Cabinet on Sunday to discuss the general budget in Israel.
