Jordan, JICA signed co-operation agreement

Jordan has signed with the Japanese International Co-operation Agency JICA on Wednesday a cooperation agreement stated to assign the Jordanian specialized training institute for mineral industries to provide training services for neighboring Arab states.
On the Jordanian side, the agreement was signed by the director of the Jordanian vocational training agency Hani Abu al-Ghanam and the Japanese side was by JICA's director Mitso Eina Jaicy.
According to this agreement the said institute will run technical course for trainees from 16 Arab states in the areas of engineering industries for five years starting as from the beginning of 2002.
