President Mubarak visits Morocco early 2002

President Hosni Mubarak of Egypt will visit Morocco early 2002 at the invitation of King Mohammed VI. The announcement was made Saturday morning in Cairo by Moroccan foreign affairs and cooperation minister, Mohamed Benaissa after his meeting with President Mubarak.
The Moroccan official handed the Egyptian President a written message from King Mohammed VI.
During his stay in Morocco, President Mubarak will co-chair with King Mohammed VI a meeting of the Moroccan-Egyptian high joint commission.
Benaissa told the press that he conferred with President Mubarak on bilateral relations, which are based on permanent consultation on all issues of common concern, including the Euro-Mediterranean cooperation and the Middle-East peace issue.
