Al-Qaddafi gets a telephone call from Chad's counterpart

Libyan President Muammar al-Qaddafi on Sunday evening received a telephone call from Chad's President Idris Deibi during which consultation dealt with the importance of joint co-operation for the leaders of the desert and coast states coalition in order to strengthen the role played by this coalition in completing executive steps to build the African federation.
